Want to make something float in DaVinci Resolve? It’s really easy to do on any object or text. It is a very cool effect and makes your video more engaging. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

Step-By-Step
- Drag and drop your object in your timeline, it works with any object, like a logo, Text, And Footage As Well.
- Go to the Effects panel and search ‘Camera Shack’, located on ‘Open FX > Resolve FX Film Emulation.’
- Drag and drop this effect on your object clip.
- Go to the Inspector panel and select ‘Effects’.
- Here you can see all the camera shack settings.
- Go to the ‘PTR Speed’ Located on ‘Shake Levels.’
- Change the PTR Speed to ‘0.150‘
- After that, your effects are ready. You can play with other settings as well for a more unique Result.
- Davinci Resolve offers complete customization to add your own effect settings for perfecting your video.
